We built this for ourselves first.
Proxera started with a real problem. The founders own GoPro Tub Refinishing, a bathtub refinishing business in Houston, TX. Unanswered calls. Leads with no follow-up. No visibility into what was working.
We built an AI receptionist that answers in English and Spanish. Automated follow-up. Built the website. Ran the ads. Everything connected, everything measuring booked jobs.
When it worked, we decided to offer it to other businesses like ours. That is Proxera.
The thesis.
AI is replacing administrative work. Answering phones. Writing follow-up emails. Posting on social media. Building reports. Work that used to require hiring people to do it.
Trade businesses — HVAC, plumbing, refinishing, roofing — are protected. That work cannot be automated. But the office and the marketing can be.
